2 months agoParty of seven, promptly seated, beverages and food orders taken and served quickly. Entire party happy. I ordered pollo asada, best chicken I've had in any restaurant in a very long time. Would definitely go here again when in the area!!

3 months agoWe love this place, everything we ordered was great, hot and seemed authentic. Salsa was good and the even have a hot version. Seafood was fresh and well cooked, not over cooked or rubbery. We've been back about 6 times now. I'm so happy their about a mile from my house.

3 months agoThe staff was incredible, even staff in passing would make sure we were taken care of. Food came out in 5 minutes and was delicious. Everything was fresh and authentic, will definitely come back here!

a year agoAn absolute gem. The chips seem to be made fresh by the minute, and the salsa! There is no other like it. Chicken enchiladas were my wife's, but I tried them and they're excellent, chicken was seasoned extremely well, and they're huge! $13 & highly recommended. The Beans & Rice are a staple of the any good Mexican restaurant. This place has a them both down to a science (I put the enchilada cheese blend on my beans, they gave it in a little cup). I could eat it the rice everyday, it reminds me of the rice from "Chevy's Mexican Restaurant" in California (an extremely good Mexican food chain). 10/10 on both. I had the steak fajitas with two sides of enchilada cheese, it comes with guacamole & sour cream, but I got it without. Maybe ask for 5 or 6 tortillas, because they give you an enormous amount of food. Once again the meat was seasoned perfectly. Plate was still sizzling until we left. $16 worth every penny. This place is a MUST if your in the Springhill Brooksville area. It's an easy 10/10.

a year agoAdrian was a great waiter checking on us throughout the meal. Really enjoyed the $2.99 lime margaritas. Will go back to try something different. 👍🏼I also liked that we each got our own salsa bowl for the chips. I could double dip if I want Pic is a Chimichanga meal

a year agoAbsolutely love Coyote Rojo! I previously visited the location in Dade City and it closed. So now I visit the location in Spring Hill and I drive about 40 minutes from Land O Lakes FL to enjoy their food! Love the salsa verde, red salsa, the rice! Love the chicken fajitas - full of flavor! I will always visit this location - it is my fave Mexican restaurant in the Tampa area!!!!!

a year agoService is great. Food was delicious. I had chicken fajitas. The meal came with all the goodies. Chips and salsa was good. I ask for a hotter, spicy salsa. The server brought a green salsa. It was awesome. I enjoyed the food. Atmosphere is pleasant. The booths appear hand painted and are gorgeous.
